If this happens, any payment already taken will be refunded in full.

All prices shown on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£).
Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout.

However, please note:

- Manufacturers may make minor design changes without notice.
Many of our products are supplied in assorted colours or designs.
Unless a specific colour or design is selected when ordering, your item will be chosen at random.
For mystery and collectible products, receiving a different character or colour from that shown in promotional images does not constitute a fault.
7. Product Safety
The safety of our customers is extremely important to us.
Many of our products are designed for sensory play and are intended to be used responsibly.
Please always follow the recommended age guidance displayed on the product packaging and product pages.
Children should always be supervised by a responsible adult whilst using our products.
Many products contain:

- Beads
- Gel
- Foam
- Slime
- Soft fillings
These components may present a choking hazard, particularly for young children.
Products are not intended to be chewed, bitten, punctured, cut open or swallowed.
If a product becomes damaged or any part becomes detached, discontinue use immediately and dispose of the item safely.

By purchasing from The Sendsory Box, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure products are:

9. Shipping & Delivery
Our current delivery options and charges are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
We aim to dispatch all orders within the times stated on our website. Whilst we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
The Sendsory Box cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, customs, public holidays or any circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

10. Returns & Refunds
